- Responsible and driving Campus Hiring and company's branding at campuses across India consists of leading B & E Schools.
- Collaborate and work as thought partner to develop recruitment strategies, content, design and operational partnerships to achieve goals specific to Campus Hiring.
- Point of contact for students hired for on-boarding and faculty members from Campuses for relationship building.
- To manage various Talent Acquisition initiatives like Employer Branding, Social Media Platform (includes LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc) and company's Career Site management in line with our value proposition.
- Managing Employer Branding with critical stakeholders internally as well as externally to position company's as preferred employer of choice.
- Part of corporate TA CoE to focus on process improvisation in hiring process, better candidate experience, vendor partner management and hiring across all businesses globally.
- Liaison with business stakeholders and hiring managers for planning and successful execution of the hiring plan globally for all businesses.
