- Candidate should have strong end-to-end understanding of Recruitment right from Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling, Rate Negotiation, Offer generation and post offer generation activities.
- Strategizing hiring according to business demands and ensuring that the needs are met on time & in cost effective manner.
- Excellence in industry & company mapping.
- Stakeholder management - Internal as well as external, timely communication with stakeholder & keeping them updated on real time basis.
- Vendor Management, Candidate Management, Cost Management.
- Reporting - Maintaining Recruitment data and MIS for reporting purpose.
- Preparing & presenting recruitment dashboard for business reviews with Senior Leadership team on a weekly/Monthly basis. Ensuring TAT, Time to fill & other matrix are met.
- Person should have hand on exposure in working on TA Tools.
- Experience of handling the talent acquisition for FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Appliances or handsets industry is must.
