- End to End recruitment; from interviewing till onboarding of the resources
- Previous experience with any startup or any E-commerce / FMCG company
- Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization's requirements & within the defined timeline
- The incumbent would be responsible to hire resources keeping recruitment metrics in mind (timeline, source mix, diversity etc.)
- Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions.
- Would be recruiting candidates for entry to mid-management level.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Participate in different recruitment events; job fairs, campus drives & in-house recruitment drives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
