3. Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for end to end hiring across multiple functions.
b) Assist in manpower planning by performing analysis and forecasting of hiring needs.
c) Design, plan and execute hiring plans & strategies within a given TAT.
d) Provide market insights to senior stakeholders and create a pipeline on early basis.
4. Prefer Candidate:
a) Should have an experience of 6-9 years
b) Should be strong in number crunching and analytical skills. Should be proficient in MS Excel.
c) High energy levels and hard working. Should not shy away from stretching extra hours in order to complete the assigned task.
