Talent Acquisition Manager - Fintech startup (Corporate Role)

Client : One of the fastest growing & well funded Fintech startup company based at Mumbai. It is a B2B online platform which create a one-stop marketplace of insurance products.

Role : Recruitment lead (Manager)

Location : Mumbai (work from office, 5 days/week)

CTC : 15-16 LPA

Desired Profile :

- Graduate or MBA in HR

- Minimum 6+ year's experience in similar role preferably from financial services /Fintech/ Insurance industry of which minimum 2 years should be team handling.

- Experience in bulk hiring and Sales hiring is must

- Handled team of 6-7 members including Team leader, Recruiter, Sr. Recruiter

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

- Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details, and understanding the importance of data accuracy

- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipeline for short-term and long-term hiring needs

- Experience in managing large teams of managers

- Proficiency with hiring tools i.e. Naukri.com, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, Monster.com, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders

- Proficient with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with Business stakeholders:

- Engage, create rapport with stakeholders to understand business requirements proactively

- Drive and measure impact if all TA initiatives in Sales

- Conceptualize, design, and lead various hiring initiatives and programs (Campus hiring, walk-ins, focused drive, lateral hiring, etc.) through robust collaboration with leaders, COEs and other stakeholders

2. Create a winning hiring strategy and ensure timely delivery

- Managing the end to end recruitment process from establishing if candidates possess the right behavioral and cultural fitment for the organization, influencing the hiring managers selection decisions to ensure they take appropriate hiring decisions, maintain the budget and salary cost as per the plan, and ensure the manpower plan is met timely to have 100% manning across the business

- Create and develop sourcing strategies using all sources and tools of hiring like Job portals, Consultants, Referrals, Campus hiring, Walk-ins, or any other creative methods, and ensure hiring KRAs are met

- Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, ensuring smooth joining and onboarding, guide and groom the team to ensure a smooth experience

- Headhunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant industries

- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure team KRAs are met

- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicants

- Ensure data is maintained and enable decisions based on insights from data

- Create Employer positioning and branding strategy
