Manager - Talent Acquisition
- Build strong understanding of the business/corporate functions to appreciate their impact and link it to skill technical requirements/functional knowledge/domain expertise
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract and identify qualified candidates for respective roles within assigned budgets
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, interview and shortlist candidate for business interviews, manage the overall interview, selection, and offer closure
- Build a strong case for offer acceptance by managing internal/external parity and pitching client as employer of choice
- Ensuring a seamless pre-joining experience while collaborating with hiring manager, HRBP and HR Ops
- Build a strong pipeline by engaging with potential candidates and maintaining database in Darwinbox
- Maintain and analyse data to track conversion rate at each step of the funnel, turnaround time, source mix
- Continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies by staying current with industry trends and best practices
Qualification :
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Business/Corporate roles, preferably in Fintech industry/growth startup.
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Skills, experiences & behavior:
- Strong understanding of business roles like Risk, Marketing, Consumer/Merchant Lending and various corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies, search tools and ATS
- Exposure of working with leadership team
- Data Analytics-MS Excel
- Good communication skills, self-starter and stakeholder management
- Excellent negotiation skills, Ownership and problem solving
