- We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals for one of our Financial Services MNC client based at Gurgaon.

Skills :

- Must have lateral hiring & team Management exposure.

- Working with Financial Services / BPO industry would be preferred.

- Must be a Full time MBA from Tier 1 /2 college

Job details / Role purpose :

- Manpower planning in action with stakeholders and execute within SLA through various sourcing channels.

- Sourcing through various Job portals, Campus, Job Posting, Social Networking Sites, employee referral etc.

- Support to fill the mid to Senior level profiles on time, good in stakeholder managements.

- Managing end to end IJP process

- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

- Conduct prescreening interviews and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data and will own the execution of recruitment Dashboard timely.
