The Manager HR is responsible for bringing quality, diverse talent to org and ensuring a best-in-class staffing practices. Drive sourcing capability & capacity across all processes in Contact Center, proactively build diverse talent pool while leveraging all talent channels and managing campus hiring.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies and screen based upon the job position by identifying and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Leverage networking with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to hire and ensure we attract the best talent
- Partnering with Universities with innovative ways to attract right talent pool. Implement the hiring strategy for recruiting within the timelines
- Planning in the delivery of agreed targeted numbers across all the processes
- Ensuring all documentation for hiring is up to date.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to the recruitment and compliance procedures defined by the organization - Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program for quality hiring and leverage different employee schemes in the organization portal so that it reaches to the employees to get employee referrals.
