- HR Generalist with experience across functions of hiring, payrolling, employee management and campus hiring
- Should have relevant experience with a company which handled high manpower requirements
- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills.
- Ability to comprehend and understand strategic business intent and accordingly device, processes & systems to implement the same.
Responsibilities :
- Managing human talent end to end
- Managing entire recruitment process including field recruiting, campus hiring and working with consultants for end-to-end hiring: from team member level to senior profiles
- Strategize employee engagement drivers for the business groups, keeping in mind the business needs, organization priorities and overall HR Strategies.
Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
