Key Responsibilities Areas :
- End-to-End responsibility of business units, providing strategic directions & thought leadership to build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources while effectively managing candidate relationships.
- Plan strategic HR initiatives covering the employee life cycle from sourcing to candidate engagement with special focus on change & diversity initiatives.
- Promoting diversity best practices across hiring groups.
- Building the brand equity, presence on social media & tapping the industry's top talent
- Defined and developed the recruitment strategy and organizational capabilities that promote cost-effective best practices, improve service quality, ensure compliance, and provide high caliber talent and overall staffing success
- Ensure the successful execution of yearly campus recruitment effort, which entails strategizing recruitment efforts, and overall execution of activities on campus
- People management/ Team Leadership
- Stakeholder management, cross border program management, transitioning and strategy execution
Key Expertise required :
- Should have Bachelors and Management degree from reputed college.
- Should have expertise in technology hiring.
- Should have 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting techniques to attract passive candidates within the enterprise software industry
- Expert with metrics. Creating mechanisms, interpreting data, and leading team to appropriate actions based on data.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, networking and communications skills.
