1) To be able to effectively source, identify and interview suitable candidates for vacancies.
2) To be able to Manage Senior Stakeholders in the Internal Organization in various functions be it Operations, Finance, Product, IT etc.
3) To be able to handle the Senior Profiles effectively and manage multi function co-ordination
4) Responsible to co-ordinate and ensure the positions get closed in specific turnarounds and budgets
5) Responsible of Recruitment Analytics for his area of action
6) Should have experience of handling teams
7) Coming with a very good pedigree/education from Tier 1, Tier 2 colleges,
8) Good general IT skills.
9) Excellent communication skills in English.
