Role: Recruitment Manager - HR
Location: Noida
Job responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy
- Liaise with Leadership/ hiring managers from different geos on the recruitment need.
- Understand talent requirement and define the sourcing and selection strategy.
- Create and maintain relationship with geo HR.
2. Recruitment Metrics & Delivery
- Manage recruitment delivery within the pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget, onboarding time line and source mix.
- Over all responsibility of meeting the recruitment need in a multi geo set up.
- Responsible for Leadership hiring through a very hands on approach.
3. Team Management
- Defining the hiring targets for the team members. Guiding on latest sourcing techniques and finding new ways to attract talent.
- Responsible for keeping team members motivated and ensuring they meet the recruitment timelines.
5. Recruitment vendor/Job portal agreements
- Lead negotiations with recruitment vendors and work out favorable agreement terms.
- Responsible for documentation of agreements and payments of invoices.
Experience and candidate requirements :
1. The ideal candidate would have around 10 years of proven track record of delivering on bulk recruitment needs in a shared service/ multi geo work environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for establishing rapport & credibility with Leadership
3. Self-driven and independent with an eye for detail and inclination to take on additional responsibilities.
4. Hands on with MS Office
