Required Minimum 2 Yrs of experience in Education Sector.
Job Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Handling End to End Recruitment process for Non-IT & Teaching Faculty.
- Working closely with business leaders and line managers to design and implement Recruitment system and processes that support strategic business aims.
- Extending necessary assistance to manage day to day operations and functions of the recruitment Department.
- Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process.
- Developed talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Identified training needs through different sources like job analysis, business requirement, with Business leaders, consultation with HR business partners and managers.
- Closely working towards hiring Curriculum designers, Teaching Faculty - Schools, Teaching Faculty- University.
- Closely worked on weekly Recruitment drives to close all the open positions.
