Manager - Talent Acquisition - EdTech (10-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Work with internal stake holders to ensure a continuous build-up of talent pipeline especially at front line level.
- Design and update a recruitment analysis dashboard for Hiring through referrals, job portals, Careers page, Social Media and external consultants.
- Excellent recruitment and head hunting skills and experience across BFSI preferred.
- Ensuring optimization of on online portals and social recruiting.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Keep a firm control on the cost of hiring and deliver through innovative modes of hiring.
