- A suitable candidate would be someone with 8-10 years of experience in India Domestic Talent Acquisition.

- Should have considerable experience in volume hiring (voice / non voice).

- Should be able to lead a small team.

- Should be able to work in a client facing environment.

- Should be good at executing volume hiring strategy.
