Manager - Talent Acquisition - eCommerce (6-10 yrs)
- End to end non-tech recruitment.
- Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool.
- Work closely with TA Manager in terms of designing of new process & creating a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder & candidate experience.
- Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark.
- Independently own and deliver on sourcing strategy including search, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement, processes, pre and post onboarding experience etc.
- Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning
- Ensuring that all employees hired as per the defined SOP by the Organisation.
