We have an opening as a Manager-Talent Acquisition for one of our Ecommerce Client. 

Experience Required :6-10 Yrs into Talent Acquisition with any Ecommerce,Startup companies.

Job Description :

- Talent Acquisition Mumbai, Full time

- Managing full cycle recruiting process for the organizations current requirements ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Interacting with Business Head to understand perspectives of the role and role dimensions

- Recording the role dimensions and preparing a Job Specification and Description after a consensus amongst the stake holders

- Mapping the market and competition for talent

- Appointing and briefing Head Hunters where necessary

- Benchmarking and identifying target companies

- Strategizing different ways to build the talent pipeline and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

- Building strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement

- Engaging and activating passive candidatesPlanning and executing campus hiring events

- Coordinating & Generating offer letters to hired candidates.Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
