Designation : Manager-Talent Acquisition
Reports to senior management and handles a team
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own Requisitions (Hands-on role) - End to end delivery (Requisitions - Offers - Follow Up - On boarding)
- Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions
- Interact with business/stake holders from time to time from recruitment perspective
- Fire Fighting - Provide recruitment solutions
- Leverage on Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing Model and other avenues for great ROI
- Vendor Management (Interact with external vendors and build cordial relationship for high yield)
- Mentor/Lead junior recruiters
- Maintain Trackers diligently.
Desired Profile :
- Experience in hiring top-notch talent in at least one of the following domains: Online/internet/e-commerce/IT companies
- Strong preference for candidates who have hired across functions, levels and industries.(Tech and Non-Tech hiring exp most preferred)
- Proven expertise in recruitment of high-caliber talent through social/referral/search modes.
- Demonstrable strength in planning, organizing, coordinating and getting things done. Should have the ability to design and operational performance appraisal, recruitment and other core HR processes.
- High-energy, self-motivated person with a pleasant personality and high degree of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen business and commercial sense with a sharp mind and a history of rapid growth in career.
