Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA

We are looking for IT and NON-IT Recruiter for the leading eCommerce company based out at Thane, Mumbai.

Designation would be Manager Talent Accusation will be handling the entire end to end recruitment cycle.

Spectrum Of Profiles Handled

Recruit candidates at all levels, ranging from Directors, Vice Presidents, Technical Architects(SOA, Mobile, Bigdata, Machine learning) Program/Project Managers, Team Leads, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, Automation/Manual Test Engineers, Java/PHP/Node.js Developers, Android/iOS Developers, System/Network/Linux Administrator, Trade Finance, CA, Treasury, Support functions, Sales, Etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end to end recruitment for Technology and PAN India.

- Developing and executing scalable search strategies that will attract some of brightest talent for the most critical hiring needs

- Maintain consistent delivery for positions with direct revenue impact on the organization

- Fulfilling Leadership Mandates through Strategic Sourcing

- Hiring Domain experts, experts in Emerging Technologies and Architects

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through LinkedIn, Market intelligence, Social networking, campus hiring, job boards, employee referral, diversity hiring

- In-house and campus recruitment's.

- Strategic Sourcing: Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions & ensures active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle

- Vendor Management: Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement and measurement process

- Leading Talent Acquisition for Information Technology, Support Functions & Travel

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from getting the requirement to closing the position which includes screening, scheduling, coordination, feedback, preparation of hiring approvals, rolling out offer letters, joining formalities etc

- Employee relations: Taking care of Induction programs, salary issues, grievance handling, exit interviews, statutory issue, R&R for Travel vertical

- Bulk hiring for Technical support.

- Making Fitments for the selected candidates and ensuring the joining, by negotiations, job selling and suitability for the role

- Meeting the recruitment numbers within the given SLA
