We are looking for a rockstar recruiter who would build our Tech & Product teams. Should be a self-starter, who is willing to work in a very fast-paced environment and work closely with senior leaders
- Leading IT, Design, Analytics, and Product hiring across the organization for all levels.
- Understanding Business and its expansion needs.
- Partnership with Leaders within the organization to enable smooth Manpower planning and onboarding.
- Making hiring plans and execution of the same.
- Drive best-in-class practices in recruitment and operational standards, drive efficiencies and foster an environment that focuses on stakeholder management and delivery.
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech/ MBA, major in HR management is preferred
- 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience in scaling tech talent acquisition functions, teams, and Start-ups
- Experience in reporting and analytics of multiple recruitment matrices
- Expert in social media hiring, ATS management, Hiring plans & stakeholder management
- Exposure to Campus hiring and employer branding is good to have
- High on Ownership and Execution
