The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :

a) Handling Clients of Consumer Internet space - Lead the Tech and non Tech practice for the business

b) P&L responsibility

c) Should be able to research from existing and multiple sources including various job boards, social media, headhunting, and referrals

d) Must be able to establish and ensure delivery within agreed timelines / SLAs

e) Handle and lead a team of researchers both Search & Selection

The Person (Candidate Details) :

- 5+ years as Recruitment Researcher and then, over 3+ years as Practice Head of Recruitment in Consumer internet space

- Should have managed to close roles like the CTO, Head of engineering and CPO

- Handled middle & senior/top-level positions

- Should have worked on multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously

- Should be a go-getter

- Lead a team of researchers

- Result oriented

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Perform with quality and accuracy

- Strong on Computer / Internet / Sourcing Technologies
