Manager - Talent Acquisition - Consumer Durable Industry (5-12 yrs)
Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for End to End recruitment
- Source, Screen and interview of right profiles (Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, SCM and other functions.
- Create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to attract and bring in the best-suited talent leading to better business performance.
- Design & implement Employer Branding initiatives in the region to build a future talent pipeline and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure end-to-end recruitment life-cycle i.e. gathering requirements, sourcing, offer, and onboarding, are completed within the target job cycle timeframe.
- Design, develop & maintain recruitment dashboard and quality of hire matrix
- Adapt cost-effective techniques based on the position at hand ranging from "job portals" to "head hunting" to referrals to "making the best use of the internet".
- Build effective relationships with Internal and external stakeholders
- Drive Campus Connect programme effectively
- Be the role model/coach/mentor to the team members.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and performance
- Impactful verbal & written communication skills
- Should have high level of salesmanship, interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Good understanding of employer branding
Educational Qualification And Experience: 5-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
