- Very good communication skills.
- Should have experience in end to end recruitment.
- Understanding the requirements and accordingly identifying the resume that best suits the requirements. Sourcing CV's by various means like Job Portals, Referrals, and Headhunting.
- Involved in headhunting through various mediums.
- Conducting Preliminary screening of short listed candidates to assess appropriate skills, level of experience, salary expectations, professionalism, communication skills, availability.
- Arranging face to face interviews of the candidates with Technical Teams.
- Responsible for Full life Cycle of Recruitment and Selection
- Independently Handling requirements given.
- Handling queries of the candidates and responding in an apt manner.
- Should be well-versed with job portal mediums like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Social Media.
