This is regarding an opening with a leading US Tax and Audit Consulting firm,headquartered in US.
Role:Talent Acquisition Administrator/ Manager
Location: Goregaon East (Mumbai)
Shift Timing: 11:30 am to 10:30 pm (including 90 mins break)
No.of. days Operational: 6 days (Mon-Sat) during busy season,i.e- Jan-April
5 days (Mon-Fri) during non-busy season,i.e- May-Dec.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that all positions are closed within agreed upon timelines and candidates are engaged during and after the offer roll-out
- Bringing in process improvements and greater use of technology to improve recruiting procedures
- Supervising the recruiting team and monitoring performance
- Networking with other employers, employees and key stakeholders such as ICAI, Accounting and Management Schools
- Forecasting and planning for future hiring needs and building a strong pipeline
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and a consultative service is delivered to the Hiring Manager, advising on areas as diverse as assessment and selection, reporting, process, policy etc.
- Monitoring the hiring trends of competitors and using this to pitch opportunities
- Proactively mapping for key job families directly to ensure a high quality talent pipeline is developed
- Ensuring Workday input and accurate data management for existing resources and new hires
- Partnering with the business to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long term requirements.
- Managing key relationships with outside Recruiting Vendors
- Sourcing relevant candidates matching the skill-sets required
- Speaking with candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining a database of potential candidates
- Conducting the initial screening interviews and coordinating the further rounds with the business
- Rolling out offer letters and taking care of joining formalities.
- Ensuring candidates have a great on-boarding & orientation experience
- Ensuring appropriate Buddy assignment, Buddy training, First Impressions, functional level induction
- Monitoring the recruiting metrics and data dashboards and sharing with key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Having regular touch points with potential employees
- Coordinating with Operations Team and Client Service teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires
- Organising Recruitment Events and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the right candidates are hired for the right position
- Performing additional HR related tasks for other Global locations in the firm wide systems as may be delegated from time to time
- Assist India Leadership team in implementing firm wide policies and monitoring of adherence to policies laid out in India Employee Handbook and Employment Agreements
