About our Client - Our client is a large (3000 crore +) Indian Organization in the Chemical space. They employ over 10,000 employees and have 10 sites with multiple plants in each site in India. They are looking for an experienced professional with significant experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in manufacturing setups.

Job Description - Reporting into the TA Head you will be responsible for- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business lines.

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of -Diagnostics,Competency Mapping,Clearly defining Roles,Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined

- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers

- TM Process Implementation and flawless execution,Talent Mapping (Internal and External),Career discussions and Development planning with Line Manager,Strategic Recruitment,Workforce planning and Talent road map.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate you should have 5-8 years of significant experience in Talent Acquisition (Campus and Lateral) preferably in manufacturing industry. Strong preference would be given to candidates with MBA from Tier 1 colleges. Candidates with background in manufacturing would be given strong preference.
