Manager - Talent Acquisition for Largest Chemical Group
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Manage the succession planning initiatives for PFRL and ensure strong and ready pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates' skills and experiences align with the organization's requirements.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Define policies related to talent acquisition and manage communication to employees.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source high-quality candidates.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.
