Manager - Talent Acquisition COE (Leading MNC Pharma Co)

Role:

- Plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies

- Determine talent needs along with department managers and execute the agreed plan for recruitment and on-boarding during the year

- Design innovative digital recruitment practices and help implementation

- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews, implement selection tools etc.)

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience; perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

Requirements:

- MBA in HR with extensive experience in recruitment in pharma industry

- 10+ yrs of experience

- Should have experience in developing and managing recruitment processes

- Experience in Employer Branding
