We are looking for some candidates for the role of Manager- Talent Acquisition for one of the leading captive units of a global organization. This role is based in Mumbai.
Some of the key responsibilities are as follows :
- Responsible for planning, driving, managing recruitment for all the functions within the org.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership to evaluate their recruitment needs and oversee hiring strategies from creation to execution.
- Manage a team of Recruiters and accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on recruiting plan of medium-sized recruiting pipeline.
- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns and administer referral process of applicants.
- Manage the Recruitment tool compliance for the candidate pipeline and conduct yield analysis.
- Screen candidates, Conduct Interviews, Organize and facilitate assessing days, Offer extension and closure.
