Our client is looking for Manager-Talent Acquisition to join u immediately or in less than 30 days.

Specialties - Direct Marketing Strategies, Lifetime Value Modeling, Customer Segmentation, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Fintech.
Experience - 5to 7 years
Location - Gurgaon.
Working - 5 Days
1. Drive the recruiting strategy for the company, while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics
2. Drive automation within the team so that each stage of hiring from sourcing to onboarding can be tracked on systems rather than people dependent
3. Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools. (Campus hiring, digital training agencies, employee references, social media channels etc).
4. Support in development of innovative and effective means of assessing potential candidates so that the right person is selected for the job. Provide insights on salary bands and industry benchmarking to remain competitive in the local market.
5. Revisit the Job Descriptions defined for each role and ensure any latest process changes or requirements are updated as a part of the JD
6. Deliver an excellent onboarding experience to new joiners to help them effectively transition into their job roles
7. Ensure all the documentation with respect to HRIS & Background verification is accurately updated
8. Create a strategy roadmap for hiring based on churn analysis and create quarterly goals for HR team to achieve and deliver
9. Meet deliverables in terms of SLAs defined for hiring mix (channels of hire, average experience, diversity mix), time to hire for each position and cost to hire for each position
