Manager - Talent Acquisition - Bulk/Mass/Volume Hiring - Telecom

Looking for a seasoned HR Professional having experience in Bulk/Mass/Volume Hiring.

Job Specifications:

Looking for strong TA professional for Bulk/Mass/Volume Hiring.

He / She should have an experience of on-boarding 100+ employees on month to month basis.

Should have team handling experience (must)

Should be from Delhi/NCR and come from a strong academic background.

Should be available for the face to face meeting in next week.

Responsibility:

He / She would be responsible for Bulk/Mass/Volume Hiring majority for sales domain.

Majority front line sales hiring which includes graduates.

3 people will be directly reporting into this role.

He / She would be managing the hiring for Pan India based at HO.

Salary Range: 10 - 13 LPA
