Position: Manager- TA

Location- Gurgaon

Job Description (Tentative JD):

- Manage the recruitment cycle through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Will manage Bulk Hiring majorly for IT along with Non IT

- Take care of all dashboards related to TA process.

- Documented all TA activities in ATS

- Responsible for analysis to support designing & implementation of recruitment process.

- Transition (ATS) of TA process.
