- Comprehensive and exhaustive understanding sales roles and bulk hiring
- Extensive high- level interaction with stakeholders on understanding the accurate deliverables of the roles.

- Design and Implement Strategy for scaling up company head count with in short span of time
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
