Position Title: Manager - Talent Acquisition Location: Mumbai Reports to: VP - Talent Acquisition ROLE - Managing the Recruitment, Selection &amp; Induction process - To provide support and inputs to the HR leadership team on Manpower projection, Gap Analysis RESPONSIBILITIES -&nbsp; - Manage Volume and Campus hiring. Should be able to juggle effectively between volume hiring within a defined timeframe on one side; and drive lateral and leadership hiring on the other. - Closely working with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Functional Heads to forecast the manpower plan for the respective departments - Design a meticulous Hiring Strategy based on the manpower projections received from functional heads - Identify and develop innovative channels for recruitment in addition to the conventional sources of portals and consultants - Responsible for end to end recruitment process - screening till successful joining of the candidate - Ownership for the first phase of employee life cycle (-2 to +3 months) and facilitating new joiners assimilation to the organisation - Closely work with the Corporate HR teams to ensure smooth induction of new joinees. - Prepare and analyse recruitment MIS on a regular basis to keep a tap on the TAT for closure of each position and also to ensure control on hiring cost. - Ensure adherence to the recruitment process - Drive campus recruitment for various positions across functions - Responsible for feeding and analysing Talent related data from ERP - Active participation in special HR projects - Overseas Recruitment, Employer branding initiatives, vendor management &amp; others THE REQUIREMENT - Communication: Should be fluent in English and Hindi (Verbal and Documentation). The incumbent will have to coordinate with management team and very well versed in his vocabulary, grammar and comprehension skills - Knowledgeable: Should be able to strike the right communication with fresher as well as leadership candidates. This would call for staying well informed on a variety of business news, industry specific updates, current affairs, - Mature: Should have a mature approach while talking to candidates and pitching the organization as a leading brand in Healthcare Solutions and Support space. Should be - Sound interpersonal skills and pleasing personality - Ownership: Should be s self-starter in assigning tasks to her / himself and deliver them with full ownership, within timelines and with the laid down quality standards. - Flexible: Should be open to take up and perform any allied / additional responsibilities assigned to her / him - Should possess discipline and demonstrate ethical standards, credibility and integrity that exemplify the mission, vision and values of the Organisation - Should be a person with positive outlook &amp; innovative approach to problem solving - Potential for take on Team Management responsibilities in the future MUST HAVE - 6-12 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in a Corporate Organisation OR as an Executive Search consultant, or both. - Any Graduate, preferably an MBA/PG with specialisation in Human Resource
