Technical Skills -
- Designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.
- Should have a minimum work experience of 10+years in end to end recruitment working with a IT Product organization and worked on volume hiring recruitment projects.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs
