Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard talent across experience levels with the desired skill set.
- Develop a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy including reference check, selection, Background verification, & onboarding.
- Should have a strong hold on budgeting and its compliance including the ability to evaluate the efficiency of various recruitment channels.
- Create a strong Employer Brand to attract the right talent.
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies that align with operational objectives and client requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Good Understanding of technology in a BPO environment will be required.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and skill sets needed for successful execution.
- Collaborate with Business HR, Training, Quality & Operations to streamline resource management processes and effective teamwork.
Qualifications/Requirement:
- Should be open to travel across sites.
- Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Relevant experience of 8-10 years in front line recruitment both directly & thru partner.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- Proficiency in HR/Recruitment software and tools for resource planning and management.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced startup environment.
