Education : MBA/PGDM

Responsibility :

- Incumbent will be responsible for hiring for pan India and across function region.

- Responsible for manpower planning and dealing with business manager.

- Should have very good exposure in strategic management related to talent acquisition.

- This role will be supported by one resource.

- Should have very good exposure in talent sourcing and strategy preparation with business partner.

- Prefer candidate would be from business HR role as later this role will move to Business HR.

- Should have very good business acumen
