- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for diverse roles across the organization.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment, and local data privacy laws.
- Stay up to date on competitor landscape, industry practices and emerging technologies in recruitment, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine the recruitment process.
- Keep track of key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-to- board and internal / external audits
- Leadership reviews and reports

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role in a global organization, preferably within the background check industry or IT/ITES sector
- HR Academic Background: A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- In-depth knowledge of global data privacy regulations.
- Experience implementing and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

Educational Qualifications - MBA/ Postgraduate in Human resources
Work experience - 8 - 10 years.
Prerequisites:
- Shift Timing- 2:00 PM -11:30 PM IST / 5 days a week.
- Team handling experience
- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
- BPO, ITES, Background Verification Industry Preferred
