Manager - Talent Acquisition - BPO

Overview:

The Recruitment Manager is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of various functions for Chennai location. Has ownership of managing end to end recruiting process for large sized recruiting demand plan. Acts as the key point of contact with stake holders and candidates, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Volume hiring function for Chennai location

- Implement recruitment strategies/plans to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery

- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility

- Responsible for a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports

- Create a healthy mix of sourcing channels as appropriate

- Review performance of existing sourcing channels

- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required

- Responsible for post offer management

- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related concerns

- Optimizing Source mix to lower CPH

Suitable Candidate :

- 8+ yrs of experience into Recruitment ( BPO / ITeS Front Line Hiring)

- Should have managed a Team of recruiters for volume hiring

- Willing to Travel

- Exposure to Bulk Hiring for Different kind of Processes / Operations / Functions

- Hands on experience of various sources of recruitment

- Experience of hiring around 200-300 associates per month ideally

- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required

- Extremely Target Oriented
