Manager, Talent Acquisition Big 4 / Big 8 Consulting Firm
Our client is a growing international consulting firm, specializes in public accounting, - audit and- taxation. They provide consulting services that specialize in- enhancing- their workforce and- removing the stress from clients'- year-round- resourcing needs- with white glove service and support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead team to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for all roles in Company.
- Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process.
- Bring data-driven rigor to enhance the end-to-end candidate experience and optimize ATS to capture relevant data and develop CRM capabilities/strategies to maintain a pipeline of strong candidates and gain insights through analytics.
- Ability to identify innovative sourcing channels with a pro-active approach to identify and attract key talent.
- Own, monitor and manage the Talent Acquisition functional operating and project budget, and perform accurate budgeting and forecasting across operations and projects.
- Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- Qualified degree with at least 9 years of talent acquisition experience in Big 4 / Big 8 accounting firms.
- Successfully closed roles in US taxation, audit and accounting & finance related jobs.
- Excellent Team Management skills.
- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals etc.
- Excellent Presentation skills & Advance excel experience is required.
