Job Summary: Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Manager - Talent Acquisition, who will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition efforts within their organization. As an individual contributor, this role will focus on identifying and acquiring top talent in the BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services sectors, specializing in leadership hiring, mid to senior-level roles, and corporate support functions. The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in recruitment within the BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services industries, with a specific emphasis on leadership hiring, mid to senior-level roles, and corporate support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Hiring: The Manager - Talent Acquisition will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions. This includes collaborating closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Mid to Senior-Level Recruitment: This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring for crucial mid to senior-level roles across various business units. The Manager will ensure a pipeline of top talent is readily available to meet the organization's evolving needs.

Corporate Support Functions: The Manager will oversee talent acquisition for corporate support functions, such as HR, finance, IT, compliance, and legal. This entails ensuring that these functions have the right talent in place to support the organization's objectives.

Talent Strategy: The Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals, ensuring that the organization has the talent required for sustained growth.

Sourcing and Networking: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. Building a robust talent pipeline is essential to the success of this role.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the company's standards and values.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the BFSI/NBFC sector by driving employer branding initiatives and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A Bachelor's degree in any field. A PG/MBA in HR is a plus.

- A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition within the BFSI/NBFC or Financial Services industries.

- Expertise in leadership hiring and mid to senior-level recruitment is essential (Atleast for 2-4 years).

- Previous experience in recruiting for corporate support functions is preferred. (Atleast for 2-4 years).

- Strong knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices, trends, and industry-specific requirements.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
