- Individual Contributor Role

- Handling entire recruitment life cycle for the LOB.

- Planning hiring requirements with the business manager and delivering requirements within the business SLAs

- Managing Campus hiring for Graduate and Management Trainees.

- Rolling out the Offer Fitment to the candidates, salary negotiation, ensuring their job acceptance.

- Engaging offered candidates for smooth on-boarding

- Partner with Other LoBs to increase visibility to internal career based programs like- Mobility, IJPs, Career Carnivals, Road shows, Resource Management Groups

- Be a part of projects that bring efficiencies in processes within recruitment.

- Training to managers and above on recruitment related processes and tools (Taleo)

- Managing hiring MIS, Oracle HRMS and internal reporting on hiring

- Publishing dashboards for the management team.

- Vendor management through ongoing and constant feedback mechanism
