Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

- Looking for Talent Acquisition Manager with 6-8 yrs of experience primarily in managing volume lateral hiring prefer

- Should have worked on domain like operation, customer, collection, risk managerment, lead and eventually manage a team.

- For the time being this would be a IC role later would hold 2-3 team.

- Person should be high on energy,good communication skills bfsi preferred,

Candidate living near Andheri and Thane would be preferred

- MBA in HR(Preferred)

- Work experience of 6-8 yrs in human resources function. (Talent Acquisition experience}

- Excellent excel skills required.

- Strong understanding of portals including Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc.

- Should be process driven and assertive to drive talent acquisition agendas

- Should be street smart with positive attitude.
