WFH: 2 days office, rest WFH

HIRING: Technology, Sales, etc. (not Campus)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Talent Acquisition, Hiring plans and activities, Employer Branding

- HRIS, Recruitment tools

- Hiring need analysis, hiring forecast

- Recruitment process ownership/ Full cycle recruitment

- Candidate experience management, feedback evaluation and workshops

- Selection methods - #interviews, assignments, psychological evaluation
