1.Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process for BFSI domain across levels across functions which involves Manpower Planning and Forecasting, Sourcing, Screening, Planning and execution of logistics, Interviewing, Background Checks, Compensation Negotiation, Coordinate with vendors
2. Manage end-to-end On-boarding at the corporate office
3. Use of Selection Tools like Aptitude Tests and Competency based selection
4. Adhere to Manpower budgets and timelines.
5. Monthly MIS on Recruitment
6. Coordinate with Regional HR teams for key recruitments
7 .Empanelment of new consultant after verification and reference check
