- Handling end to end recruitments/delivery Bulk recruitments & quality recruitment by being the single POC for all group companies
- Maintaining regular contact with business to ensure requirements are fulfilled within the TAT
- Handling the team size of 3 recruiters
- Lead for Campus hiring
- Handling promotions, confirmations, Transfers & annual revisions.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee concerns/ issues
- Implementation of Employee Welfare activities like Birthday Gifts, Marriage Gift & Festival celebrations
- Ensuring that all joining related formalities are completed.
- Planning & Conducting induction programs, Induct new joinee and make them understand organization culture and HR policy facilitate introduction with all employees
