Talent Acquisition - Manager
Our client is a growing public accounting consulting firm, with significance presence in US. They are expanding their HR team in Global delivery centre.
They are looking to hire 5+ Years experienced Recruiter who has done hiring for US Taxation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and continuously refine effective short-and long-term talent strategies to source and attract the highest calibre accounting, audit, advisory and tax professionals to support our company strategy and future markets.
- Help maintain and continuously improve employment brand through multiple channels, including the strategic use of social media, relevant committee, and university relations.
- Report on metrics and KPIs set by Leadership.
- Design, plan and execute sourcing and selection processes from identification through onboarding.
- Create and promote employee referral and brand ambassador programs, explore internal growth opportunities for current associates and develop relationships with friends of the
Key Criteria:
- Relevant Bachelor or Post- graduate qualification e.g., Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Honors degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
- 5 - 8 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Prior management experience in Talent Acquisition at an organization
- Established history of delivering high quality results, personally and through a team
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
