Talent Acquisition manager will be responsible for managing our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates from Job Portals, Social Media, Referrals etc. The role demands hands on experience with various job interview formats, including screenings, phone interviews to help us recruit faster and more effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Souring profiles from different channels
- Screening resumes
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to team
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the team
- Regular job posting on social media job boards.
- Following up on the interview process status
What We Are Looking For :
- Minimum 6 month of experience in recruitment/ calling process/ handling clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
