Role- Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location- Mumbai
Reporting to- Global Head- Talent Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment for analytics business units
- Device sourcing strategy attract the best talent at the optimum cost
- Stakeholder Management- Working closely with the hiring managers to understand the requirement to attract the best available talent
- Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidates pipeline at all levels through internal and external (campus) channels
- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting
- Extensively create company's presence in the market whether in India or overseas
- Ensure the source mix and SLA for the open requirements is maintained
- Curate and build extensive market intelligence for business incharge
- Lead, groom and manage a team of recruiters, driving them to deliver within TAT
Requirement:
- 3+ (Tier 1/2 college) OR 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically hired for analytics, BI, web / digital analytics
- Prior team management and stakeholder management experience is a must
- Effective communication
- Comfortable to travel to Bangalore from time to time for meetings with stakeholders
