Manager TA - Flight Operation Recruitment
Role & Responsibilities:
- Continuous analysis of competitor's behavior on the pilot recruitment market
- Liaise with Head of Flight Operations and HR Business Partner (Flight Operations) to plan and execute pilot hiring
- Achieve recruitment targets based on pilots demand
- Implement talent sourcing techniques and tools
- Plan and monitor recruitment events
- Maintain MIS and keep a record of all recruitment relevant data such as applications in the system, applicant background, invited candidates, recruitment results, initial training failures, resignation data and attrition analysis
- Effectively contribute to pilot interviews and add value in assessments.
- Manage end-to-end hiring of pilots from pre-joining, offers, appointments, contracts etc.
- Initiation and closure of pre-employment medicals and background verification
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proficiency in computer - MS-Excel & Power-point
- Advanced level of English language - Both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic team and high-pressure environment
- Ability to set priorities and meet targets
