- Masters in HR from reputed institutes and preferably with an engineering background.
- Hands-on on Talent Acquisition experience
- Should have experience in hiring tech and business talent
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing results
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Able to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Lead Talent Acquisition function for the organization
- Partner with Business and Functionals Leads to understand the business/function strategy and create talent acquisition strategies for the organization.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Leads in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, Job Descriptions and plans for sourcing talent.
- Employer Branding: Significant experience in designing and building Employer Branding Initiatives (Social Media / Campus/Buddy Programs)
- Candidate Experience: Designing and Executing seamless Candidate Experience and onboarding for new hires.
- Hiring Dashboard: Design and Manage analytics for hiring related dashboards
- Continuous Improvement: Actively reviews and monitors talent acquisition issues from customers and implements an improvement strategy as needed
- Agility: Ability to be agile and support hyper growth needs of the organization in short turnaround times
- Develop strong relationships with leaders and HR team
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice talent acquisition and HR trends
- Compliance: Ensure relevant Compliance procedures and processes related to talent acquisition are being complied at all times.
